Why I chose ECE Substitutes, Inc.

Hey there! As a previous childcare provider, I chose ECE Substitutes, Inc. because of their dedication to quality staff. I know it sounds cliché, but many staffing agencies just want to fill the spot, but not at ECE. Over the past few years, I’ve gained more experience in early education staffing and developed a strong sense of “quality” teachers that goes beyond experience and credentials. I enjoy diving into new challenges, learning along the way, and working with great people to create opportunities that actually make a difference. Whether I’m working with providers, helping teachers find centers they love, or answering general questions — I’m all in. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hanging with my husband and four children at a soccer game or track meet, painting on a canvas, or getting lost in a good book. I’m always open to new ideas, collaborations, and conversations — so I look forward to meeting with you!
